This series of webinars and accompanying workbook trains frontline service providers in how to support clients with legal questions and issues. The training provides information about various legal information resources available, as well as guides service providers through a variety of scenarios.
Part 1: Context and Resources

This module will provide basic information for service providers offering support to clients, specifically newcomers.

The focus is on client-led support, that is, how to respond in situations where a client asks you legal questions.
