This webinar and resource guide sheet was developed to help frontline service providers better understand the role and services provided by settlement agencies. The training explains how settlement agencies help newcomers and immigrants and why newcomers benefit from being referred to settlement services. The training also looks at the differences between Local Immigration Partnerships and Settlement Agencies.
